Founded by Candice Reyes, a certified executive coach and leadership development strategist with nearly three decades of experience, Root Leadership partners with organizations to strengthen leaders, teams, and culture. Our approach is grounded in reflection, purpose, and practical application, helping leaders move from awareness to impact.

Candice’s career has spanned multiple industries and leadership roles, giving her firsthand insight into how confident, purpose-driven leaders create meaningful change. As an educator in Oakland University’s Human Resource Development program, she integrates real-world learning with a passion for developing others, believing that education has the power to transform not only careers but lives.

 

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Root Leadership partners with a network of trusted facilitators and coaches to design and deliver customized programs that align with each organization’s goals, culture, and challenges.
