I’m a wife, mother, educator, and leader. Each of these roles has shaped my story and deepened my perspective. My journey has been marked by both success and struggle, and through it all, I’ve learned that real growth begins with reflection and continues through intentional learning.

With more than 27 years in Human Resources, I’ve focused my career on Leadership and Talent Development these areas align with my deep passion for helping others grow. I’ve held leadership roles across multiple industries, each one offering insight into how to support, develop, and empower people to thrive.

Teaching & Learning

Teaching is more than a profession; it’s part of who I am. As an educator in Oakland University’s Human Resource Development program, I have the privilege of preparing future leaders by sharing real-world insights and nurturing a love for learning. I believe that education can transform not just minds, but lives.
